pkr887's total cumulative liability to any User in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pkr887 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
pkr887 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached any provision of these Terms, has engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a regulatory or reputational risk, or where required by applicable law or regulatory direction.
Upon closure of an Account, any Real Money Funds remaining after deduction of outstanding liabilities will be returned to the User via an eligible withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of all pending KYC requirements and compliance checks. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Funds may be forfeited in the event of termination for cause.
Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Support. Voluntary closure requests may be subject to a processing period and any pending withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
